Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Compression wear (due to intimate nature of the product)
- Hand Wraps & Knuckle Guards (for hygiene reasons)
- Headwear that has been removed from its original packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
- Provide Details including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason
- Wait for Approval – we’ll review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number if approved
- Package Your Item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Ship Your Return to our warehouse address (provided with your approval email)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal account
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we approve your return
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
