All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Tracking included
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Compression wear (due to intimate nature of the product)
  • Hand Wraps & Knuckle Guards (for hygiene reasons)
  • Headwear that has been removed from its original packaging

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
  2. Provide Details including your order number, item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and reason
  3. Wait for Approval – we’ll review your request and send a Return Authorization Number if approved
  4. Package Your Item(s) securely in the original packaging
  5. Ship Your Return to our warehouse address (provided with your approval email)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal account
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
